The International Academy of Fertility science (IAFS) provides training on various advanced training programs in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, including using ART.

The following courses are taught at the International Academy of Fertility science (IAFS): obstetrician-gynecologists, laboratory specialists, embryologists, geneticists, urologists, doctors of related specialties involved in ART and nurses.

Improvement programs are designed from 27 to 108 academic hours.

The most advanced training methods using modern equipment are used with the participation of the best specialists of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries.

The International Academy of Fertility science (IAFS) conducts training according to the calendar-thematic plan of both individual specialists and groups of doctors (from Kazakhstan and other countries). Cadets are provided with the necessary teaching materials and practical recommendations. Postgraduate support is provided as well. 

Missions:

• implementation of the basic principles and priorities of the policy of reproductive health, development of services for the protection of reproductive health and family planning in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of orders from government agencies or on their own initiative with the involvement of appropriate investments;
• assistance in deepening the processes of sustainable development in the treatment of infertility, including using modern assisted reproductive methods and technologies allowed in the Republic of Kazakhstan, integrating the republic into the international process of protecting the reproductive health of the population.

IAFS's subjects are:

• development and implementation of conceptual provisions and projects to address the reproductive health of citizens and problems in this area, taking into account the main priorities for the development of new modern assisted reproductive methods and technologies in Kazakhstan and other countries;
• development of systems for the rehabilitation of reproductive health;
• development and implementation of measures to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the exercise of their reproductive rights in the framework of maintaining a healthy gene pool of the country's population;
• development of legislative and regulatory recommendations, proposals for improving the systems of management, control, regulation of reproductive health of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• participation in program-targeted planning in the field of reproductive health of citizens and the sustainable use of modern assisted reproductive methods and technologies in Kazakhstan and its regions;
• promoting the development of reproductive education and upbringing;
• development of proposals for the creation of an economic, methodological, scientific and technological mechanism to ensure the development and implementation of new assisted reproductive methods and technologies in the framework of rehabilitation and protection of reproductive health of citizens;
• conducting research in the field of fertility science and assisted reproductive methods and technologies;
• creation (development) of information systems of fertility science and assisted reproductive methods and technologies;
• cooperation with national, foreign and international organizations, individual specialists in the development and implementation of advanced technologies of fertility science and assisted reproductive methods and technologies;
• attraction and widespread use of international experience in solving problems of fertility science and assisted reproductive methods and technologies;
• carrying out expert, IAFS-marketing, consulting, audit, information, advertising and publishing, methodological, normative and other types of work in the field of reproduction and assisted reproductive methods and technologies, the creation of photo and video products;
• popularization, development and implementation of educational programs for the population in the field of fertility science and assisted reproductive methods and technologies;
• the formation of joint structures, including with the participation of foreign partners and international organizations, to solve important tasks of fertility science and assisted reproductive methods and technologies, the country's obligations to implement international treaties (conventions, protocols, memoranda) to which Kazakhstan is an active participant;
• organization and conduct of work in the field of education, research, financing the development of new methods and technologies in the field of reproduction;
• publishing of scientific works and development in the field of reproduction.
